Responsibilities
Responsible for materials contract execution
Responsible for updating the rest quantity of inventory materials
Prepare for purchase request/order as the rest quantity of inventory materials and construction required
Responsible for tracking materials manufacture progress and request vendors provide detailed production time schedule as contract requirement
Responsible for tracking materials logistics information confirm delivery date and fill in and update appendix
Responsible for organize and coordinate with related parties to check and accept materials purchased by owner
Responsible for check materials quality documents, quantity and quality with related parties and supervise using process
Responsible for check the materials request, apply reservation and make the material issue checklist
Responsible for check completion drawing, verify issued quantity and usage quantity, supervise contractor return redundant materials to warehouse after project completed
